By accessing and using Zero Day Arena ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service, the services, or the general business of Zero Day Arena.

Specifically, engaging in any activity that attacks the platform infrastructure itself (outside of designated challenges) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zero Day Arena and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
